This card is one of the most important in the set but im stuck on an effect for.(cross counters,increase atk because of graveyard,etc....)

How about...

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by removing 1 LIGHT monster on the field and 2 LIGHT monsters in the grave from play. When a monster you control is selected as an attack target, you may discard 1 card from your hand to switch the target to this card.

Well for one thing, that picture is used way too much XD as for the effect, How about "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 LIGHT type monsters on the field. This card gains 1000 ATK for every DIVINE type monster on the field." Kind of a link to the Egyptian Gods lol Razz
