MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE CONDITIONS BEFORE DUELING

Special Banned List - All non-Fairy monsters
Special Exceptions List - Warrior of Zera, 1 other non-fairy (no multiple copies)
Deck Size Limit - 40 - 45
Special Rules - Only the controller of "The Sanctuary in the Sky" gains the effects from the card and any other card effects that require "The Sanctuary in the Sky"

~THESE RULES ARE NOT YET FINAL, TESTING IN PROGRESS~

If you can think of cards that need to be banned, post below.
