Okay, this is a section inspired by moi. The Rules are...

1) The Rulings must be correct, and the tips must be relevant.

2) If your going to post tips, or articles, or mini-articles, it must be in your own words.

3) Rulings can be copy/pasted (or explained too). If this is used, sources must be listed. We prefer you use Wikia as other sites can be misleading.

4) No randomly posting useless info., that'll get you a free juicy warning.

More rules as this develops...
