Special Banned List - Penguin Soldier
Special Exceptions List - None
Deck Size Limit - 40 - 60
Special Rules - You may normal summon two times in one turn, as long as one of them is not a tribute summon.

Each Challenge will be a match duel, also make sure to post when a deck is ready to be used. You may only challenge each time. The person with the most wins will be the winner of the challenge. Each Duel will be Credited once, therefore, you cannot duel the same person twice. The person with the most wins is the winner of this challenge.

this is a cool idea.

Make sure to post when you make a legal deck... I have made mine, so ham me anytime to duel. Make sure to use cards such as man-eater bug incase of Marshmallon or whatnot.

i guess i'll try.I bet i can make a good deck with out spells or traps.I'll try when KCVDS 1.16 comes out.

Once we start with titles again, I will probably be the no Spell/Trap champion, because we did have a tournament with this challenge, and I was the winner. (Check the Spoiler in my sig)
